Good little book, better than it’s two cumbersome predecessors
I’ve had a Remoska for years but had stopped using it. I decided to start again in order to use my big oven less and this little book is a good refresher course for former Remoska addicts ! It’s probably not what you want if you are new to Remoskas but I found it provided an excellent quick reminder of the good things a Remoska can do…

No table of contents and no index
An interesting gadget but this book does not have a table of contents or an index, so not easy to use. Recipes look ok.

Good recipes
Generally, a lovely little book, approximately a5 size, spiral bound, in full colour. The recipes are good, practical, easy to follow instructions and tempting. I have an old standard Remoska but these recipes should work fine in there.Now for the downside. I would have given more stars if I could read the text properly. The text is very small and somewhat pale. I need a magnifying glass to help me to read it. This book is not for anyone with visual impairments. It is difficult to read in low lighting conditions. All I can say about that is, what a shame. It is otherwise a lovely book.

Great little cook book
Lovely small cook book-I can honestly say that I want to try every single recipe. I am replacing my old remoska oven (still waiting for it to arrive) So haven’t tried any yet. Can’t wait to start using it-such a great gadget would definitely recommend.😊

Should be free with Lakeland Remoska
The book is handy for a new Romoska cook but really really Lakeland should include it with the cookware. It is ok for learning but other than that is the type of item you would expect to guide a beginner. Shame on Lakeland .

Too few recipes for each type of Remoska
This small book is made even less useful as it has separate recipes for the Standard, Grand andTria, some of which are specific to type. There are very few savoury recipes and several require use of your hob, which rather negates the Remoska concept. I suppose as an alternative to the 200 recipe book that costs well over £50, it is at least something! I was looking for a set of recipes that would give me the confidence to adapt some of my own and make the most of my new Remoska. It fails in this respect.
