How do you get the pump to work? It’s not coming out.

If you actually got the cap off, (which is super tricky because of the "child proof" cap that is required by law, you simply need to pump it several times as you would any other lotion bottle.

Does this have hormones?

No. It does not contain hormones.

How does this numb vaginal burning any better than a lidocaine gel like alocane emergency burn gel, 4% ? i have intense vulva burning at night.

I never tried Alocane. I am using Intimate Relief when needed. It burns for a minute or two but then it stops the vulva burning.

What’s up with the new packaging? Can’t seem to get this open without breaking the bottle

Thanks for your question/comment. The company had to replace the packaging per FDA requirement. The new packaging has a child resistant lock. I had try to attach a link above to an instagram video the company posted, showing how to open a the new bottle, but amazon wouldn’t let me post it. The video can be found on YouTube too. They’ll need to add that here too.

Is small and it does cost $25 but it’s well worth it!

This is one of the best products I’ve ever use I’ve always had a lot of intimate problems because of my catheter and this I mean it keeps it away completely I have been very impressed with this product it is also expensive for a little tiny jar I wish they could help us you know we’re on Social Security and we will use some help dropping the price a little bit. Relieves episiotomy-like pain of intercourse.

This has been heaven sent. Due to menopause and a severe yeast infection I was left with issues for intercourse. Vestibular pain. Its not painful intercourse but pain on the vaginal entry-similar to an episiotomy; like sharp needle stick. This numbed that area and for the first time in 4 years I was able to enjoy intercourse with my husband without flinching or hurting. Highly recommend for anyone with Vestibular pain.The amount used was about the size of a quarter on two fingers.It stings just a bit, nothing serious.I waited 15 minutes to use and had no regrets.The down side-*It leaked in the package*Very messy to applyA pump version would be more ideal even if the price increased it'd be worth it!

You get a good amount compared to similar products.

I’m giving this 4 stars for pain relief. It stings at first but helps with pain. It doesn’t fix the issue, but will help with the itching and pain temporarily.

Doesn’t work and Jar was only half full

I tried this product because I have pain and burning after sex. The product doesn’t work for me to help with the pain. The container when I opened it was only half full. The other half was empty. I’m going to stick with A&D ointment. Way cheaper and works the same for me!!
