if your wondering if you should buy this or not, stop wondering just buy it, its quiet, its powerful and the app has alot of good features, suprisingly energy efficent in speeds 1-3, with 3 only using about 26w, turbo it shoots up to 67w, even at turbo its pretty quiet compared to other purifiers on turbo, it cleans the air and the filter has alot of carbon for VOC's and odors. one downside having the carbon and the hepa filter combined is one slight drawback, the carbon tends to go within 6-7 months, so instead of just changing the carbon you have to change the whole filter, but overall this is a fantastic air purifier, its almost as quiet as a Pc fan air purifier, now the luggables and air fanta are less $ and offer amazing CADR and prob a better value, you lose the carbon filter on the luggables and you can get a carbon filters for the airfanta. Your air in your house will feel like the top of everest!!

The main thing I was looking for in an air purifier was that I could automate it with my own rules. This meets that requirement spectacularly. The LEDs/Display aren't bright at night, it actually uses a light sensor to control them.Running it on 1, 2, 3 is nearly silent, 4 is quite loud, but that's only for the worst conditions.I sleep better at night because all the dust and dander and other stuff is removed from the air, it's nearly as fresh as it can get.I'm really impressed, I was not expecting this.

Does a phenomenal job of removing dust and smoke odors while being so quiet. Arrived on schedule, no assembly whatsoever (just plug it in), and design is simple and clean. Highly recommend.

We purchased one of these on sale in the hope it would help moderate the severity of pollen season in upstate NY and the dander generated by two large labradors. It has a nice, clean look and small foot print, which we feel is important.The HEPA filter was shipped inside it in a bag that needs to be removed but doing so was incredibly quick and easy to do. Twist the top a quarter turn and place to one side. Lift out the filter, remove the bag, lower the filter back in using the two tabs provided on it for that purpose, lift the lid back on and quarter twist to close. It takes 2 mins. Then its' plug-in, turn on and choose ""Auto" or a fan speed using the touch sensitive panel on top. You can control it from your iphone if you're into that but it certainly isn't necessary.The first thing we noticed is how quiet it is. Effectively soundless in sleep mode and at fan speed 1. Barely noticeable at fan speed 2, unless you're right next to it, noticeable at fan speed 3 when you are in the same room as it but not obnoxious. Noticeably louder at fan speed 4 which should be considered a 'Turbo" mode. Then we noticed the impact of running it - vastly reduced swelling of the eyes and sinuses of those suffering from hay fever and a significant reduction in the doggy smell of our labradors. It works really well.We have taken advantage of the ability to control this by iPhone to set a schedule where it automatically runs in sleep mode (low, continuous fan) from 10pm to 5am. Then at fan speed 2 from 5am to 5:30am, ramping up to fan speed 3 from 5:30am to 8am before switching to auto from 8am to 10pm. Because of the relatively severe allergies suffered by a couple of our family members the P2.5 micron threshold is set to 2 ug per meter cubed and this filter has been able to attain that incredibly low level with that schedule within a few hours of all windows and doors to the outside being closed to the 1800 sq. ft area it services. At this point we have an oasis for our hay fever sufferers to return to each evening and it's made an incredible difference to their comfort. Do they still take Claritin or Allegra during pollen season? Yes, we've found it necessary to deal with the pollen at work and in the garden. Are they doing better than they were before we got this filter? Yes, the continuously swollen and itchy, weeping eyes are gone. The inflamed nasal passages are gone. Their sleep deprivation is gone. Their quality of life has improved dramatically. We had no idea how dramatic an impact adding a quality, appropriately sized HEPA filtration system would have. This unit is rated for something like 3000 sq. ft. We're using to control air quality in a 1800 sq.f.t open plan area and its doing a great job of that without having to run the fan at high speed for prolonged periods of time.We've had this for several weeks now and experienced 1st hand how well it can deal with really terrible air quality when the smoke from the fires in Quebec blew into NY. Opening the door to come into the house with the shopping during the worst of it briefly dropped the air quality from a PM2.5 of 001 to as high as a PM2.5 of 185 within 12 feet of the door. This was then quickly reduced to a PM2.5 of less than 20 in an hour and back to 001 in about 2 hours after the door was closed. The outside airs PM2.5 was apparently North of 300 at this time (sources accuweather and the news), the air was literally a hazy brown like smog and this filter was able to detect it, automatically adjust its fan speed to clear it and maintain perfect air quality in the house.Does it work? Absolutely, quietly and brilliantly.Would we buy this again? Yes, in fact we have so that we can control the air quality for one of our allergy sufferers in another area where they have to spend prolonged periods of time. That one's been in place for about 3 weeks and has done exactly what we hoped it would do - improve the quality of life at work in a 7000 sq.ft. open plan office area. Now this is well beyond the manufacturers claimed coverage for a unit and it looks like they're right based on who's apparently benefiting and who isn't but here's the important point. The benefits to the workforce have been so noticeable to management they're now considering upgrading the offices HVAC system to include HEPA filtration. I think that speaks volumes.

Pros: The unit has a great automatic setting that in conjunction with the air quality sensor works very good. I set it up in my moms apartment due to her allergies and leave it on auto. Most all the time the fan runs on super slow speed and the display shows blue. When I cook her breakfast and get that bacon frying. It kicks up a speed and the display show red due to the smoke in the air. If I am really interested in scrubbing the air, I will kick it up to turbo and in about a half hour the air is refreshed and clear. Left alone it takes about an hour, but it does exactly what it is supposed to do. The App setting works great and is easy to setup and use. I like that I can control the unit from anywhere in the world.Cons: None really except I think it could be about $40 less.

I ordered this product on January 4th and received it on the 6th. I bought this purifier because I have really bad allergies, like REALLY BAD. Anyways the set up was pretty easy it’s not to big nor to small. So I’ve had it for a week and I can tell a big difference with my allergies. I use to wake up in the mornings and within 10 minutes of being awake I would start sneezing non stop and ever since I got this purifier the sneezing has minimized way less. I’ll sneeze about 2-3 times and that’s it!! Which is a HUGE PLUS FOR ME. The Purifier has four fan settings. Me personally I have to have a little noise for me to sleep so I keep it on 3 and it doesn’t bother me at all. If you guys don’t like sound at all it has this sleep mode which is SUPER QUIET, LIKE NO NOISE AT ALL ! Also if you need complete darkness to sleep it has a Display button which can turn off the display. Now the numbers on the screen I really wanted to test out to see if it actually worked and the way I did that was buy getting a napkin and basically setting it on fire a little bit and blowing it out and letting the smoke linger around the room so with that being said and done it actually bumped up the number to around 30 something making the ring around it turn an orange/red color. after that I sat there for about 2-3 minutes trying to see if it was going to come back down and it did. Which I was amazed!! I also notice that when we cook, the numbers change but not as much so it’s actually purifying the air. If your looking for a purifier I really recommend this one.
