Great for lyra and fly pole!
I really like this wrist strap for my lyra/fly pole! It's cushioned so you can do quite a few moves for a long time without it hurting your wrist and it has the middle stopper to help your hand or foot stay locked in place. Happy with my purchase and recommend!
