WWII German Zeltbahn - Splinter - Reproduction

The colours are a little too dark and the buttons are not historically accurate, but it seems like it will be an excellent ground sheet. It is not waterproofed when it arrives. It took a lot of waterproofing spray and then thronproof dressing to get the material to shed water effectively. It is a two-ply zelt, with spring side being its own fabric and fall being its own material as well. This means hopefully more durability, but also more waterproofing to get both pieces of material to shed water. I like it and after all I have done to make the zelt functional, I would get another one. ;)

Good quality and pretty accurate in design and camouflage pattern. Only the hole for the head is to small.
