Sorry I won't buy these again, yes they seem to work but these tablets stick in my throat even when broken in half... not just me my daughter had the same problem. We take numerous vitamins and minerals in tablet form every day but these are the only ones to get stuck in our throats.I will buy from same manufacturer if they do capsules or even coated, if not I will seek from another supplier as the product actually does work I have firmer stronger muscles after less than a month.... just gagging every time I take these is unpleasant

They used to be big but quite easy to swallow, they are now smaller but kind of chalky so they stick to your tongue/throat.Maybe take them in the presence of someone ready to do the Heimlich maneuver or at least have a plan.

Can’t get in to using powder and tired these. Bought several times now as they ah e definitely help me improve strength in the gym. No faff making it easier to remember to take them

Good quality but nearly died taking it the first time. They’re absolutely huge and have difficulty going down, need to be split and taken in halves
