The PEEK round rod is opaque black and meets American Society for Testing and Materials ASTM D6262 specifications. PEEK (polyetheretherketone) is a tough, strong plastic that resists high temperatures, creep, a wide range of organic solvents, and exposure to gamma radiation.Plastic refers to a group of synthetic or semi-synthetic materials that have been engineered to achieve specific properties.
