very good when skipping a meal and its tasty get this on a regular basis !
if you don't eat breakfast grab one of these and go with your coffee the two together are fantasticone compliment's the other i drink coffee black regular with cream and in a pinch this works great to substitute for creamer !

AGREE WITH OTHER REVIEWERS THAT 20g Chocolate is GREAT, but NOT the 30g version
I've been drinking these for years, and got a better price at Costco, but they have stopped selling the 20 gram of protein version and only now carry the 30 gram one that tastes entirely different and awful. The price is higher on Amazon and I wish Costco would go back to selling the 20 gram version, but I will continue purchasing from Amazon and paying more because this product is far superior to the newer version. As other reviewers have stated, the 20 gram chocolate fudge is the one to buy.....delicious and great ingredients.
