Really good light output.
I didn't quite know what to expect from a 12v floodlight, but to be honest I was very happily surprised that that the light produced was actually really bright. I bought a couple of these to fit to my work van on a hinged bracket so that in the darker evenings I could manoeuvre these from my side or rear door to give a good working light when working outdoors (they are water resistant but I like to keep my work van basic and stealth-like with no external lights other than the required orange beacons for site work). The light is easy to wire with just a positive and negative connection, I've connected mine to a push button switch via a relay and external high capacity battery - easy to do and protects the switch whilst giving all the power that the light may want (which isn't a lot really). The reflector is designed for the light to be mounted horizontally as the beam is wider than it is tall (typical of a flood light).Overall, very happy - great light output in a water resistant housing and runs nicely on a 12V supply from a vehicle or similar. 100% would but more of these.

Polarity matters
The light is polarity sensitive. Ensure the brown wire is positive and blue wire negative The lamp does not function if reversed

Not very good
i bought the 12V 10W version,Firstly it is a sealed unit so you will not be able to open the unit to wire in a longer cable tail....that presented a problem at the cable tail the manufacturer fitted was just 12cm or just under 5 inches which is a ridiculous short cable meaning the junction box almost had to be touching the light fitting on the left side for me to wire it up, or i would have needed to buy an inline weatherproof joint which would have looked awful.another issue was this is not 10W It is in fact 7.2W SO 28% LESS LIGHT OUTPUT THAN ADVERTISEDi used a pure 12v dc power supply to test output it was pulling exactly 0.6 amps so 12volts x 0.6 amps = 7.2Wattsso lux/LUMENS output is about 90 LUMENS PER WATT SO JUST 648 LUMENS AND NOT THE ADVERTISED 900 LUMENS Which is a substantial difference.the floodlight is extremely compact made from cast aluminum and is a sealed unit with glass front which looks well sealed, as i say the floodlight is bress sealed together likely bonded so you will not be able to open it to lengthen the tail so it is ridiculous to leave you with such a short amount of cable to work with (exactly 12 cm)my example looks smart, looks well made however light output is terrible so if you think you need 10W then buy 20W If you think you need 20W buy 30W AS OUTPUT IS NOT HONEST.The colour ordered was warm white 3000K however i would say that was not totally accurate and it is likely more white, not cold white but not warm white somewhere in between so as a guess around 4000k however i did like that colour as cold white from 5000k is horrible on the eyes and 3000k can be too yellow like candlelight so i do like the colour...shame its still too dull...i now wish i had ordered 20w warm white (they had none in stock as i suspected they would be dishonest about the power output...and i was correct).expect to work with a very short cable, expect the power output will be incorrect and too low otherwise its ok and a sturdy light fitting for the price...1 star as it was not what i wanted or expected

verry bright small and compact.
used waterproof juction box tp join to cable supply, very bright would not think a fitting so small would be so bright but it is ideal to light up my back lawn. will be buying again very easy to install .

Impressive 12v Flooslight
I have just set up a solar system for my shed and wanted to light up the area outside on dark afternoons/evenings. I did order a 20w light from the same company a day previous but that turned up and didn’t work which was frustrating so I returned that and ordered the 30w as I though that 20w wouldn’t be bright enough, to be honest I didn’t think that the 30w would be too bright either. How wrong was I !! I stalled it through a switch system inside the shed, waited for darkness to descend and the went and switched it on. It lit the area needed, it was perfect! The unit it’s self is small, attractive and unintrusive , I’m really please with this.Anyone who is buying this, the unit comes with 3 wires, live, neutral and earth, just connect the live and neutral to your wires and leave the earth dormant.

Surprisingly bright (10W) - more than good enough
Seems to be well built and is certainly bright enough. A longer tail may have been useful but it wasn't an issue for my situation - just be aware it is short. Paired with a separate motion detector and powered from a solar battery, it's doing a great job at illuminating the area by the shed door.

not as bright as I thought it would be, but nice and pure white colour
as above comes with bracket for wall mounting but lead is short

Power Rating is wrong. NOT 50W as described, only 15W
The power rating description of these LEDs are wrong, these are actually only 15W when they should be 50W. I needed to load 100Watts which is why I purchased 2 of these at 50W but now I have to go buy something else since these two are only loading about 30Watts.

Flood light
The light worked as expected. Wiring details were non existent and had to rely on another person's review to get the wiring right.
