My previous cervical pillow (different brand, which is no longer sold) I had for 5 yrs but had to toss because it became way too dense/firm for me and it felt like i was sleeping on a rock. Reluctantly, I began sleeping on a traditional bed pillow and was waking up with a stiff/sore neck and was always feeling tired. After reading numerous cervical pillows reviews, I decided on the Osteo cervical pillow and am glad I did!PROS:-After just one night, my neck felt immediate relief.-Pillow has two different height options (just rotate the pillow). One side is more comfortable for back sleeping and the other for side sleeping.-I did remove the center foam insert as the pillow was still a little too high for me and it’s now perfect!-While this pillow is firm/supportive, the memory foam also has the right amount of ‘give’, so when you lay your head on it, it ever so slightly conforms to you. My old cervical pillow (again, different brand) would feel like my cheek was pressed up against a rock but the Osteo pillow, has just the right amount of softness for me.-The pillow is offered in two sizes (Queen and Standard). I purchased the Queen (very happy with it), which I’d say is comparable to the size of a traditional pillow.CON:-The pillow did have a slight smell, which dissipated after a few days. I immediately washed the pillow case and protective covering and that helped.-This isn’t really a con but more so an FYI to potential buyers. It took a few nights to adjust to the pillow but can say I’m now sleeping soundly and wake up feeling refreshed.Let’s face it, pillows are so subjective and finding the right pillow is like finding a needle in a haystack. I’ve owned practically every type of pillow there is and am happy I tried the Osteo pillow. I’ll be buying a second one soon so I have a back up ;)

I carry stress in my shoulders/neck which isn’t a good thing because I’ve been doing physical therapy due to elbow pain over the last year. The root cause it a pinched nerve under my shoulder blade. I’ve been doing quite a bit of stretching, as directed, but it’s incredibly painful… it’s what I imagine a carrot feels like when you pull the greens and it comes out of the ground (crazy, but that’s how it feels when I move my head down… I feel it all the way down my spine.)I ordered this pillow on a whim because it wasn’t going to hurt and why not try if? I’m super happy with this pillow.It arrived as described and fluffed up fairly quickly after I took it out of the packaging. It didn’t have an odd smell, and it’s in a washable case already.I gave this pillow 4 stars because it helps so much with neck pain and reducing that nagging stress/nerve feeling.. but.. I’m a flat and super soft pillow person and this isn’t flat nor soft (as it’s memory foam). It’s taken a little getting used to but I actually ordered one for my Dad, and would not hesitate to purchase another one for my home.Picky consumer approved!

Y’all this is the best sleep I’ve had since before kids. After years of tossing and turning to rebuff or adjust my pillow, or never knowing if I am buying something too hard or too soft- too cheap or I’m being robbed- I finally decided to go a different route than a traditional pillow. I am not disappointed!! I am knocked out and sleeping through the night, I cannot stop raving about it my husband (who may think I’m a little crazy to be so elated about a pillow). I no longer feel muscle pulls and aches from poor support through the night. I have nothing bad to say about this pillow. I am so glad I took a chance a purchased it. This will be reco to family and friends in the future.
