Reliable
Works well. I usually attach a tablet to the mic stand for lyrics when I’m performing and it has never let me down

Appears a little flimsy but works perfectly well.
I've had this for more than a year now. It works as it should and I have never had any problem with it. It's perfectly secure and holds my tablet with no issue. I remove the tablet from the bracket frequently although I have never removed the bracket from the stand it's fixed to. In saying that I wouldn't expect to have any problem if I did. I'd say reasonable value for money.

Works well. A real game changer
I've yet to try it with my tablet, but it seems to support the size range as expected and it works well with my phone. Initially found it a little bit fiddly trying to get the right angle relative to the mic, but it's quite articulated and worked out really well. Very pleased. Seems well built and durable. Also recommend using an app with auto scroll, if you're learning to sing/play songs. The Ultimate Guitar "Tabs" app has a xmas offer currently, £20 for a year. Perfect additional gift if you're buying for novice/intermediate level

GOOD STAND .... BUT!!!
As with most of the phone/pad microphone stand holders I have tried over a period of time, the sizing is definitely NOT!! as it says on the description. Yes, it may fit phones and I pads, but not a Galaxy Pad.The size given was 4.7 - 12.9 inches. My Galaxy Pad is 10.1 inches x 6 inches and should have fitted comfortably on the stand according to the length and width of the measurements given in the description. But, No! it doesn't, the longest it will reach to is about 10 inches, it would not stretch to the 10.1 inch let alone 12.9 inches, so I'm a little disappointed to say the least. However, after having a little mess about with it, I have found a way for it to hold my Galaxy Pad, in the portrait way rather than the landscape way which wouldn't have served me any purpose for what I was using it for. Also, it is a little wobbly, not to a huge extent, but I can cope with that. And good news, I was expecting delivery after two days but was delivered the day after, so thank you for that.I just wish that they would make these phone/pads stands to fit all sizes because one size does not fit all.

iPad holder for microphone stand
The photo on Amazon appears to show an iPad being held in portrait position. On receipt the instructions say it only fits landscape . It would not take the latest iPad size but it takes iPad 2 in portrait, which is what I need . The grip has room for the cover. The clamp is better than the Tiger but it is too large for the Tourtech mic stand except around the rubber fitting between the vertical stand and the boom. It’s made of sturdy plastic so it is stronger than the aluminium Tiger, which had a thin boom which sagged under the weight of the ipad. The boom has an elbow joint so that it can almost be placed in an ideal position for reading while using the microphone. The platform swivels to the best possible position but not quite enough to be ideal.

Solid reliable holder of phones and tablets
This has great stability and reliability when attached to a good stand. It held either my phone or my iPad without issue - as long as the stand it was attached to had no issue! One mic stand's boom arm did start to drift down, but it wasn't the fault of this item. I found the ball joint in the mount had plenty of friction to stay where it was positioned. The one star lost on versatility is down to it not being able to grab the larger 'trunk' tube sizes of most mic stands - certainly all but one of the stands I have. I wanted it attached to my boom for positioning anyway, so it wasn't an issue for me, but could be for some people. I am very pleased with this.

Don't waste your money!
Useless- mine arrived, didn't get to try it until sometime after arrival, but it didn't even clamp tight enough to grip around my standard sized mic stands.Waste of money, and wished I'd spent double on more quality.
