not very useful for me
I was looking for basic instructions. I had hoped to find the approximate "time" and best method for cooking potatoes, grilled veggies and chicken etc. I can no longer digest beef and have to avoid spicy foods. That takes out a lot of their recipes. I did not buy this to get "fancy recipes." I want to learn how to use the pan so that I can then branch off and choose my own recipes and adapt them. I would give this a 3.5 at the moment. Hopefully, I can try a few of their recipes out, but they really need a sheet of basic info for those who never grilled veggies etc.

Whatever Pan is a definite winner!
The pan delivers as promised… works on any stove, even cooking, nonstick surface, easy cleanup. The lid has a vent so no soggy food and helps to keep stove clean. I cooked steaks that I seared and then finished in the oven . They were perfect!

Complicated Recipies
Too many long recipies. I would have liked some simpler and quicker to make ones included. However, I see plenty of those in cast iron cookbooks which would work. I do appreciate the lighter weight of the Whatever pan.

Excellent quality and a fair price.
The nonstick surface works beautifully and items near the edge cooked just as well as those in the middle. The handles get super hot so make sure you use potholders. I’ve used it to prepare whole garlic, onions, bell peppers, and chicken and I can’t say enough about the ease with which I can prepare my meals.

Great pan for the money!
Ordered a few of these pans for presents. Everyone loves them! It is lighter weight than cast iron and leaves nice grill marks. Easy clean up. Only improvement would be if slightly deeper.

Didn't give instructions on how to best use pan
I was looking for basic instructions in cooking meat on the pan. Didn't give any of that. A waste of money

Pamphlet NOT Cookbook
£15 for this! I bought this ‘cookbook’ to add into an engagement present along with the whatever pan. I’m too embarrassed to give it. It’s more like a pamphlet that should come free with the product.

Quantities in recipes are wrong
I tried my first recipe from this book at the weekend (Chicken and Seafood Paella). The recipe calls for 2 litres of chicken stock but after adding just 1 litre to the pan it was full. Sorely disappointed that errors like this weren't corrected before publication. The pan itself is fine although as others have noted, the handles do get very hot and even the silicon handle protectors get too hot to touch. Trying to put them on when the pan is hot is also a no-no. Don't suggest buying this pan for anyone who is not uber-cautious when using it.

What a rip-off!!!
Yes, there is another review that says exactly the same thing and I should have believed them. This is more a pamphlet than a book. I wouldn't have minded paying 50p in a charity shop for it. The recipes are nothing special. Don't buy this.

Complete RIp Off
I bought this as a present together with the pan. Whilst the photo gives the impression it is a hardback, it is little more than pamphlet. I paid £7.99 reduced from £14.99!!!! £2.99 would be a more realistic price.

Expensive
Like the recipes and advice of caring for your pan, but expensive for what is really a booklet, but as I couldn't get another book exclusive for the whatever pan I indulged in purchasing. Glad I purchased but would have preferred it be cheaper.
