It has a super stainy pungent taste and smell.I use it in tea with rhodiola but I use a bit of cream to mask the taste, but anything that is good for the body never taste good

Nice herbal taste without bitterness, which was a surprise. Would be nice if it were a bit less expensive, but it is a high concentration extract. Seems to improve focus throughout the day if taken in the morning.
