Salted watermelon is an absolute winner.I have ration these during my activities. When Im at home i have to use all restraint not to snack on them.

Works great for an on the bike chew. Doesn't promote any unpleasant after effects. Gives a little extra electrolyte boost which, for me, is appreciated when riding in warmer weather.

200 cal/pkg no caffeine. Nice to carry and just eat 2 bloks per mile (66 cal/mile) makes it easy. Refreshing and no gi upset

They work, and love the flavor

salted water melon is the best flavor. i carry these on rides all the time. i tend to treat them more like a lozenge, instead of chewing them. In the fall and winter they can be slightly more solid, but in the summer they can get pretty jelloe- sticky-ish. they seem to help when blood sugar is a bit low, but i also like the flavor and will entertain myself with taste while i slowly die going up a long hill.i wish there was a better carrying method than a plastic wrapper, opening these on the move always creates a situation where you can spit out, or drop wrapper bits adding more waste to the environment.all these sports snacks, supplements what have are all too expensive but when you like one rock with it.The orange flavor goes a lil too far for me, but the others are good. salted water melon as stated is my fav.

I recently stumbled upon these CLIF BLOKS in Salted Watermelon flavor. At first, I was skeptical. Salted watermelon? Sounds like something my quirky Aunt Edna would serve at her infamous summer BBQs. But lo and behold, it's like the energy fairy decided to grant my wish.Every time I'm cycling uphill, feeling like I'm about to face-plant into a hedge, one of these bad boys gives me the zoom-zoom I desperately need. And during my marathon training? Let's just say these chewy delights made me feel like I had rockets in my sneakers.Is it weird to say that they taste like summer with a hint of beach trip? Because they totally do. If my taste buds had a 'love' button, they'd be spamming it right now.But, a word to the wise: Don't mistake them for gummy candies at movie night. I accidentally did and ended up deep cleaning my entire house at 2am.Would recommend for anyone looking to be the real-life Flash. But seriously, don't eat them during a movie.
