It's easy to wear and fits comfortably; but it runs bigger than expected. Following the sizing guide will result in an easy comfortable fit; which seems to minimize slimming effect. Posture is where I felt the most improved; but I would much prefer a tighter fit. If I buy it again, I'll definitely try a smaller size.

This run small. I use L or XL on t-shirts.I ordered the XL and it was like an S. I know they have to be tight but I could not pull it down below my neck.
