I am not sure how the reviews are good here, this tablet burnt my stomach from 1 hr after having the it. It is very uncomfortable and stomach issues throughout the day. Feels like my heart was racing after as well.There needs to be some warning about side effects.

I am not sure why there are these many positive reviews but honestly I stopped using after day 2. I started to feel dizzy for the whole day went for doctor consultation and found out that my blood pressure had spiked. I am a person with perfectly normal vitals and to my surprise my blood pressure went up overnight. I would recommend to check if this suits you if not please stop using this.
