ok so. I had been pretty deficient in most of my basic nutrients like Iron, B12, D3 etc.. and when i started taking my doses to up those, I added omega 3's as well. Was having flax and walnut for the past 3-4 months, and had been feeling much better.I had wanted to try Fish oil, but I wanted the capsule to be vegan and NOT gelatin - after much research i found these Omega3's in vegan capsules, yay!Fortunately there was a sale going on, though i felt they were a bit expensive to buy every month , i gave them a try.anddd oh man.. the best Omega 3 capsules i have ever had. They do give me 1 fishy burp once consumed, but i dont really mind, the mint helps too.The best part?I have always had weak and brittle nails. easily bent. broken & chipped. With the deficiencies mentioned above it had gotten much worse. Paper thin, splitting and always weak. After consuming these for about 3 -4 weeks.. my nails felt. healed. the splits had gone, felt harder and smoother.I noticed the maximum results on my nails honestly, I never thought, after my teens, id ever had strong, hard and smooth nails again.Going to take these omega 3 capsules for ever :Dand will also try their other products.Thank you for a beautiful product guys. You cant imagine - how happy i feel! :)

Omega 3 is really essential for today's times where diet and lifestyle of people have become sedantary, to fight of diseases, inflammation and infections and to keep them at bay, a good quality, better sourced omega 3 is important and my search for that ended here. So happy with the product, it's easy to swallow, no fishy burps and also has a nice minty flavour! Great buy!!

first of all the packaging of this product was amazing.irrespective of the size this capsule easily goes down to the throat. even the flavour of this product good. smell something good which u r not gonna vomit after taking one pill. i think everyone have to take 1 capsule of omega 3 one day it well help you in lot of ways.

These smell and taste so bad.Even just having them in your throat for a few seconds to swallow with water and you have a bad fish taste. Opening the bottle has me gagging.I think the product must be good - but I won’t be able to order it again.

best multivitamin till i ever used i like the packaging and smell of omega 3 capsules it contains a fragrance and flavour of mint so you can easily take this capsules. i think every human being should add 1 omega 3 capsules in their life if they want to stay healthy.
