Yes, the product description says they can be used on fabric. I did not use them on fabric, but the description by the manufacturer does list fabric as one item they can be used on.

Are these easy for little ones to squeeze?

They are very easy to sqeeze, flexible plastic. In fact, a bit too easy for my 5 year old granddaughter's hands! I have to watch or TOO MUCH comes out at once.
