Love these bands!
So much easier to use when I need a loop band than the standard ribbon bands. And much more comfortable. They stay flat and don't roll up and they stay in place.

Perfect for physical therapy
I was using the rubbery strips my physical therapist gave me for my knee exercises and hated how they bunched up, loosened or came untied in the middle of my reps. The variety of strengths in this set is just what I needed. I have color-coded my exercises with the strength of band appropriate, and can move up or down in strength based on my progress. Excellent value!

I like that these are covered so it isn’t a rubber material rubbing on my legs. I also appreciate the wide range in resistance that comes with the set. Each band it labeled to easily identify the resistance level.

Good shipping, price, great colors, therapist approved, and can take on and off , not like a rubber band that sticks and grads everything when you take it off and on. Down size is the buckel.is difficult to open and load when you snap it closed. Would buy again.

Looking to add some resistance to your workouts? They’re lightweight and portable, and the price is right. My girlfriend has used them and just loves them. They don't seem to slip when using them and there's lots of different resistances to choose from. Youtube is a great source of material to watch what trainers do while using these bands.

Great bands!Those are so much better than the rubber bands. They don't slap you back and you can use them on bare skin. They also don't roll up not slip as the plastic Jesper versions.I totally recommend these.
