I like this because it tastes good and is affordable compared to other protein powders out there. I am not well-versed in everything protein powder,s so I decided to go with Muscle Milk or now. I use it in smoothies which is mix the following together: spinach, a little cinnamon, tablespoon of peanut butter, 8 oz of water, handful of ice cubes, a date, and some flax seeds, one scoop of powder. It comes out so good.I don't use two scoops because honestly, I know that's the serving size,e but I feel like that's a lot of powder- I find other sources of protein in the morning as well.

I like this stuff for extra protein. I drink one a day with regular whole milk in a blender. I started back in October 2023. I went mostly protein, small portions of fruits/vegetables, and only water daily. No sugar or processed food. I avoid fructose, sucrose, corn syrup, etc.. Absolutely perfect bowels now. It’s unbelievable. Never any gas, cramping, or pouring with sweat trying to get to a toilet. I shed 40 lbs in 9 months. I’ve kept it all off. I’m back to my high school weight. Trigs dropped from 180 to 90. I’ve read people say protein shakes increase trigs, but not on me. I keep drinking one of these shakes every day. I feel fantastic. Can’t believe I shed 40 lbs in 9 months without working out or jogging. It was so easy that I feel like an idiot for not figuring out how to eat sooner. I’m 53 now. I’m in the best shape since I was 18. 32” waist at 6’2 180 lbs. I still haven’t worked out, but I probably need to. Crazy lean now with visible abs, and it’s all from proper eating.

I've tried a handful of different protein mixes, this one is my favorite for taste and mixes well without clumps.

Got this for my boyfriend as he just started working out and needs high protein.The first shake I made him I followed them measurements on the container. I thought it was really good. I have used many powders and drank many shakes, so I actually like the consistency of the chalk/grit in it. My boyfriend wasn't a fan- so I did only one scoop in his next one and he said it was better. I find that to be kind of silly because he could just eat something with 15g of protein.I used my frother to blend it and that really helped get any dry clumps blended out very nicely.I got the vanilla thinking it would be nice to put in the blender with some fruit or something- will try that next.I thought the amount of product for the money was a great value, nice vanilla taste and of course MM is just an OG product- totally comparable to any way over priced GNC product you can get.

Mixed well. Adding anything else might make you feel bloated.
