Several months ago we bought a green slushy cup for my 9 year-old; well made, works great. So a few weeks ago we bought this blue one for my 6 year-old. Even though the products are labeled the same with the same logo on the cup, they are very different. The first blue cup had a crack in the inner seal, so we asked for a replacement and got one immediately. The replacement cup's inner liner kept slipping out of the sleeve and leaking everywhere, so I took the pieces apart to compare our green one with the new blue one. I did find a leak in the bottom, but there was a more important difference. If you see in the pictures, The blue inner ring is missing a groove that the green one has. This groove is crucial for keeping the inner liner "locked in" while you squeeze the cup. The blue cup has a groove at the bottom, but it does not work to keep the inner liner in place. Will be returning this one and looking for one that has that inner groove on the inside of the inner ring.

When our package arrived the box was completely soaked and falling apart and the bag that contained the cup was full of clear liquid. I looked at the cup and saw that it clearly didn't have any liquid in the lining area like cups we've had in the past. Sure enough the liner was separated from the outer cup and the lid was coming off and all the freezing liquid had spilled out! Completely unusable!!! As if that wasn't enough, the straw doesn't even fit into the spoon attachment! Very very poor product. Do not waste your money and time.

Update. Although we couldn’t get ours to work (possibly was faulty) the seller did contact us trying to make it right and offered a full refund which I appreciate. My son was begging for one I got him this for Christmas Put in freezer waited 5 hrs didn’t freeze plastic came off wouldn’t stay on kept coming off left in freezer for 3 days semi froze then plastic started separating from the sides!!!! DOESNT WORK

After a few uses it fell apart and it’s a bit difficult to put back together. It does make the slushy 👍🏼You can probably get two good uses out of it before the inside starts to melt.

The concept seemed great, we had purchased the older version several yrs ago for my older boys. We bought our youngest 2 for his birthday. He froze them for a few hours. He poured his drunk in one, and we noticed it was comung out the blue part. We pulled the white freezer packs out of the blue and the seam was split. So he tried the other and there was a whole in the pack leaking. You could smell the chemicals from the white pack. Idk if anyone else has had this issue. We threw them away. Probably should've returned, but was just frustrated.
