Commercial quality
These are terrific, exactly what I was looking for. They fit deep into my 6 qt KitchenAid mixer and scrape really well. I make at least 2x cookie batches and these are comparable to the ones I've used in commercial bakeries.

I find these spatulas to be so large as to be awkward. I am a little over 6ft tall and have reasonably large sized hands.Furthermore they are so large that they don’t fit well into the dishwasher.

These are nice spatulas - good construction and appearance. The problem for me was they are rather large compared to what I was expecting and desired. I would say almost twice the size.
