It is sandstone but not as textured as the sandstone designs that have come from one plus. It's thin and rigi which is good I saw another that was silicone and that didn't sound good. My major problem is it's incredibly difficult to remove. I actually get scared that I may break the phone because I have to pull so hard.

I've had this product for over a year now and I can't recommend it enough. It's very similar (not quite the same) to official One Plus Sandstone Case, but at a fraction of the cost. It also has a little divot on the inside of the case to hold a metal plate for a magnetic car holder. I've dropped my phone several times (even on the corners) and have had no issues with this case protecting the phone. The mode switch is also easily reachable which has been an issues on other cases.

It feels good in your hands, feels like when you had an OnePlus One in your hands... No need to use a pop socket (unless is needed) the case itself gives you that feel in your hand that it wont fall.... Excellent product!

The case looks cool on my phone. Buttons are a bit harder to press but nothing too bad.

This case is terrific! Unfortunately it looks like the reviews here are mixed with others. See pics... OnePlus 5. I've been stalking this case for a few phones now and finally decided to bite. I don't regret it. The grip is nice (not slippery at all), protection is spot on for a TPU case, and the look and fit is perfect. I highly recommend this case.

I rarely ever find a case that I actually love and this one comes close. If you are looking for a slim fit and slightly grippy case for your oneplus 5 then I would read on.I'll attach some pictures because I believe there are no other reviews for this product at this time. I'll also try to explain the pro's and con's.1) Will the camera lens touch a surface if laid on its' back? No. The camera lenses are recessed slightly below the rim of the cutout, about a millimeter or two.2) Will the display touch a surface if laid face down? No. The edges of the case are slightly raised along all edges so that the display will not touch a surface. Now, if the surface is very rough/bumpy then that's another story, but you'll have about a millimeter or so of space between the screen and the edge.The above two questions were the make-or-break decision of whether I was keeping the case or not and it passed my satisfaction, so let's talk about the rest of the case and how it fits.It snapped in pretty easily, but I noticed its really hard to get the phone out of the case. It's really snug and I'm worried about bending the phone too much if I try to pry a corner of the case to take it off. It might help if I had longer fingernails.... but I'm thinking a guitar pick or a credit card could assist with prying off the case. Just know that once it's on, then its really snug.The texture is slightly grippy. I was hoping for something much more grippy when it says "sandstone" in the description. Maybe its meant to be a clone of the official oneplus 5 sandstone case, not sure. But the grippy texture is better than nothing. It will still slide a bit on an angle, of course depends on the material. I wish it was more rough textured, but its ok and I can deal with it.It's definitely a slim case, and with the tiny raised edges I find myself touching the screen and making accidental screen presses as I hold it in different orientations. This not a fault against the case, but know that people like me with big hands and fingers might need to be more careful about holding the phone.All of the ports are cut out properly along the edges, and they look good. You can tell this company did some laser measurements (or at least very precise measurements).Will it protect against a drop? No idea and honestly this isn't the type of case to assure any extra protection. This is meant to provide minimal protection with keeping things slim and compact.Check out the photos because I tried to get as much detail in the best angles as I could.

I really like this phone case, it's thin but has a rugged feel. It has a textured power button that is very satisfying to touch and fidget with. The best part is it feels like an expensive and premium phone case for more than less the price.
