Super early review....
... But I was excited to share my experience so far.I have reoccurring bv (bacterial vaginosis) and have tried evvvveeerrrrything under the sun but the struggle is really real... LOLJust reading the listing alone made me feel super assured that these might just be the miracle from God Ive been looking for for soooo long - something that would actually work without giving me severe abdominal pains like other tablets have done in the past. Its been less then a week so far but on day 1 when I took the first tablet and felt a mini explosion in my tummy I just knew this was some good isht haha! It was a weird feeling but it was basically bloating/gas/abdominal pain which has now subsided thankfully.These are really powerful stuff, I could feel the taste when I took the first tablet and the only way for me to describe it is like sweet milk! I also read the instruction leaflet - really informative and feels like a good brand who have produced a fantastic product that actually works! My lady parts no longer smell and I plan on taking these every day for the rest of my days as I recently found out that this type of bacteria can also work well for mental health issues and to promote clearer skin!!PS: For any long term bv sufferers like me, Id highly recommend you look into Boric Acid Suppositories. They do the exact same thing that antibiotics (Metronidazole/Flagyl) does but B.A.S is 100% natural and doesnt remove all good and bad bacteria. It really is a God send!UPDATE: 18th Dec 2021So I still love these tablets and feel like its improved my cognition somewhat and I am still taking 1 a day when I get up, but they do NOT work for my reoccuring BV - but despite all of that, I would still recommend these tablets as they are great for my digestive system!

Recommended after antibiotics.
I have had to take several courses of antibiotics in the past few months and each time, they've played havoc with my digestive system. These tablets have really helped to get everything back to normal. I'm so glad I found them and I'd recommend them to anyone who's had similar issues.

Quality and they work
Years ago I was put on Lamberts medication and this was suggested to me by a very well known Chiropractor in St.Albans so I recently found these on Amazon and since going through a gastric stomach and bloating phase I know these will work since they did so before. These are a good strength too. Excellent for Candida!

I have been reading a lot about gut health and a good quality pro biotic is key to keeping up good health in the gut along with a varied and healthy diet. I have researched a lot and like and trust this brand.

A great product to take following bowel surgery
I was recommended to take this product following bowel surgery and it was fantastic. I recently re-ordered it following further surgery as my stomach was constantly bloated, it is much flatter now.

Felt a difference fast
Felt a difference within a few days, stomach flatter, less bloated. Will keep taking these. One early every morning with a large glass of water seems to do the trick, then wait a good while before eating.

Someone recommended these to me after I had been ill for over a month from flu. I felt so much better within days - Wasnt feeling sick all the time and my tummy finally felt normal.

Arrived warm!
It said this is supplied in special packaging to protect potency. It came in a normal Lamberts box and plastic tube. I was expecting special wrapping to keep the acidophilus cool but it arrived warm! My mother is recovering from a burst appendix and is relying on acidophilus to help her recovery from a huge amount of antibiotics. Warm acidophilus is unlikely to work. What a waste of money.
