I never had BCAA before ( Indian Brands) my friends warned me about Indian health supplements which are scams. I don't know how others will take it. But been using this for over a week. This is what I feel likePrice compared to other professionals is great ( But what's the point if it won't do what it suppose to do )I mean best quick Rasna for summer. Just take cold water and add one scoop just one and it will make it the sweetest drink in an instant ( We need to watch our health, avoiding sugars where ever possible if they add so much of sucrose how it is good for health. )I used to take whey protein before the doctor told me you are not supposed to take you don't need but still it also gave me the energy to work out more. But This BCAA sugar syrup gave me dizzy eyes while workout. no matter how much I sip I feel thirsty and less energy.It does not even give the energy that I used to get from black coffee no sugar. this gave me the energy to work out 2 hours. but BCAA made me exhaust faster.This is my personal view I don't know how others may feel if they are having a placebo effect of getting energy. I won't recommend to a beginner gym goerBut I will Recommend It to all party planner you can use it as a substitute to soft drink.
