It is great to make a purchase you can learn from! I’ve worked in the Salesforce space for a few years on implementations, ops and maintenance, forms building, etc. as an administrator, BA, and team lead but I always felt gaps in my knowledge. Projects move fast and I’ve often been learning as I work (which is a great way to learn). However, sometimes I’ve had minimal time to process or fully understand the WHY of what I’m doing. This book helped me to fill in many of those knowledge gaps with a thoroughly organized walkthrough of how to implement Salesforce at every phase of SDLC. It also provided clear insight on methodologies (Agile, DevOps), governance, requirements, etc. It has been so helpful to how I work that I bought the Salesforce BA book after reading it.
