This Derma-E Blemish Control Treatment Serum can be applied daily. You get a good sized bottle with 2 fl oz It has helped with my skin issues. I’m able to use the Derma-E Blemish Control Treatment Serum 1 to 2x a day depending on my skin needs without irritation. After cleansing, I pump a little on the back of my clean hand and apply in a thin layer a little at a time all over my face in the morning or evening depending on my skin routine and needs for that day.My skin:I have oily skin in the T-Zone. My skin is also sensitive and reactive to some ingredients. I tend to be picky about using new skin-care products, but decided to give this one a try since I recognized the brand name from seeing their products in stores and by the rather impressive ingredients. Among the ingredients are 2% Salicylic Acid, Tea tree oil, willow bark extract, green tea, aloe and niacinamide. I've included a picture with the full ingredient list. It is not a silicone based serum - the consistency is a liquidy-gel. It absorbs quickly into the skin and initially has a sort of woodsy scent (I can't quite place it). but it fades very quickly. I've been using it in place of my regular BHA exfoliant liquid for a few weeks and I believe it's working pretty well. My skin has been fairly smooth and I think it is helping to unclog some of the pores around my nose. I'm not giving up my regular product yet, but this one will definitely stay in the rotation.

I used to buy drunken elephant which is pretty expensive and would always still have blemishes. I switched to Derma E and my skin has cleared up so much, its the only product I use now.

My skin is never clear. I constantly have breakouts. This has helped my skin clear up and stay clear with consistent use. it does dry out my skin just a bit but this serum pairs very well with moisturizer and still works. I believe this has saved me from some really bad pimples and breakouts. The formula smells clean and I like what I see in the ingredients list.

Product: Acne Blemish Control Treatment SerumThe acne treatment serum is decent at treating my acne. It doesn’t make them disappear overnight, but the acne will slowly calm down in the next few days and wouldn’t worsen after Day 1. I have commonly found tea tree oil and salicylic acid to work well for my skin, so I wasn’t surprised that this works for me. One confusing part is that the packaging says to "Shake well before using"; the product has a gel consistency, so I don't think shaking is doing much for the mixing (it might not matter). I also like that it’s a pretty big bottle that I probably don’t have to worry about using it up any time soon. I have had no complaints regarding this acne treatment serum so far.
