I love this skillet and am amazed at how easy it is to clean. It is not as heavy as a cast iron skillet or my Calphalon heavy pan, but it has a little weight on it that works well. Foods do not stick to it nor has it scratched.The depth makes it versatile for cooking a variety of dishes and the lid is great.Cleaning is a breeze. I am not placing mine in a dish washer, mostly because I like to keep the bottom pristine and not tarnish it with harsh chemicals. I also bought two other sizes and love them for eggs and sauces.I did not think that I would like the circles on the bottom inside, but they are wonderful and help with heat distribution and keep foods from sticking to the pan.I've used mine for a month every day and love them. I do not have an induction stove, but they work great on other surfaces, too.We highly recommend the Circulon A1 Series with Scratch Defense Non-stick pans.

I love these pans. I've purchased 3 different sizes so far. Next purchase will be a wok. I've purchased other more expensive brands and these are by far the easiest to clean. The prices are great as well.

I needed to replace my old Cuisinart saute pan, and I remembered how good circulon was way back in the 80s when my dad bought a set. I am happy to report it is just as good if not better than 35+ years ago. None of the chicken, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes stuck at all when making my stir fry. A+ non stick performance. Clean-up was very easy. Can't comment on durability yet, as long as it holds up for a few years I'll be happy.

I love this brand, but I need to know if the rubber handles and lid can go in a hot oven

I'm 50 years old. I have cooked every night for my family of 5 since 2007 when I became disabled. I'm here to tell you that this is the best skillet I have ever owned. It is extremely well made. You can feel the quality. No issues using metal utensils. We would go through a skillet every year or so before this purchase. I had no problem paying the cost of 2 skillets for a quality one. I've had this skillet for 2 months at this point. I truly love it. I'm not a big review writer unless I purchase something that is worthy of one. This skillet is worthy.

This all-purpose pan is so substantial and non-stick inside and out. One of best features is it's weight. It's light enough to be manageable but by no means flimsy. And it's the perfect size for large or small cooking. You can even bake with it. The rim around the top keeps spills from happening and the handle doesn't heat up and burn your hand. It is worth every penny and I love everything about it. ♥️
