Excellent Electric Toothbrush!
We have some Oral-B Pro 1000 units. One of them died, when the battery got too old to take a charge. I was going to buy the same moe for about $40, but caught this one on a one day sale for $90. Since it has multiple modes, supposedly a better battery and some accessories like a charging dock and travel case, I figured I'd give it a shot (Oral-B does offer a 60 day satisfaction guarantee). The unit comes with three brush heads: Cross Action, 3D White, and Floss Action. The 7500 cleans very well, and has 6 different modes as well as the ability to set a timer for 2 minutes or 30 second intervals. It has an LED ring at the neck which is white but will change red if you apply too much pressure. It charges reasonably fast (a couple of hours the first time) and holds its charge great. The charger itself is the standard Oral-B unit but fits onto a covered case which holds 4 heads. The cord is about 3 feet. The travel case is white plastic, and holds a brush and two heads. The modes are as follows:* Daily Clean* Pro-Clean (Deep Clean on older models)* Sensitive* Whitening* Gum Care* TongueMy sole complaint about 7500 is the user manual. It is written for multiple models, so while some mode icons are obvious (a tongue for tongue cleaning), you are left to guess the others. They are:* Daily Clean - No icon lit except for power and bluetooth lights* Pro-Clean - Tooth with a + sign* Sensitive - Feather* Whitening - Diamond* Gum Care - "Waves"* Tongue - TongueThe 7500 also is bluetooth, so you can download the Oral-B app on your phone and use it to monitor your brushing habits. The app works decently enough and the bluetooth connectivity seems consistent. I consider the app a nicety, not something I need to know if I brushed for 2 minutes. It will remind you to change brush heads too.Overall, I don't know that this cleans that much better than the 1000 but I like the extra battery life and having a few more modes.

Oral B 7500 Electric Toothbrush - Excellent Dental Results!!
I purchased this Oral B 7500 Electric Toothbrush in 2021 and I have not had any issues at all. This toothbrush is very durable, comfortable to hold and use on my teeth. It is still charging and holding a charge for days, all brushing levels still work.I am 66 yrs old and at around 57 yrs old I was diagnosed with Gingivitis and Periodontal Disease. It was only after using the Oral B 7500 toothbrush that the Periodontal disease showed great improvement. The test to show what the gum pocket size was, only improved once I purchased and started using this Oral B electric toothbrush. Using a medium bristle brand name toothbrush for years, like Oral B, Crest, and Colgate along with flossing, never showed much improvement. I have always used the same toothpaste, Advance White from Arm & Hammer. The only change was the Oral B Electric toothbrush.

Great purchase
I’m giving Oral B 7500 5 stars for the following reasons:1) The design of the round head and individual tooth is actually better for me.2) The multi action—rotation and reverse rotation and brush head design works great for cleaning my teeth, removing food debris to prevent plaque build-up.3) The 6 modes of cleaning for option is wonderful all of which I will be using. For not I just use the general cleaning plus for that more “aggressive” cleaning.4) The Bluetooth feature is actually useful for me. I like looking at data, and it actually motivates me to meet those daily brushing goals. My 5 stars is simply based on its cleaning and plaque removing abilities.I also read from other users concern on rust or dark discoloration on the white version. I think to minimize this is to remove the brush heads and wash it separately each time. Don’t rinse the brush head while it’s attached to the device because there are holes in the brush head that leaks through. The design of Oral B 7500 is not like the Philips Sonicare FlexCare or Diamond Clean. Sonicare has a far better design, I think. It’s streamline and has a very nice sophisticated feel to it.I own both so I am able to compare it these to the 7500. But as far as cleaning capabilities, I think the Oral B 7500 does a far better job and meets my personal oral needs than both the Philips Sonicare FlexCare and Diamond Clean. If there is an aspect about Oral B 7500 I wish they can improve on, is the size of the brush head. I use Sonicare’s small brush head because it fits inside my mouth better. The Oral B brush heads a bulkier. I do take the extra effort and use my other hand to move my cheeks out of the way so the Oral B brush head can clean the side and back of my teeth (top and bottom).I think using a combination of the Oral B 7509 and Sonicare toothbrushes will, hopefully, give me the benefits that both designs can offer.March 2020 update:After having used the Oral B 7509 for 3 months, I can now attest, without a doubt, as far as I am concerned, this electronic toothbrush beats my Diamond Clean and Premium Platinum Sonicare ones.I am a firm believer and fan in Oral B’s ability to clean my teeth and effectively remove plaque. I’ve always had plaque build up issues even though I brush my teeth twice a day. In fact I have had to increase my teeth cleaning to 4 times and 2 laser gum treatments annually because I’m predisposed to plaque. After using Oral B, now I can feel confident to reduce my cleaning to 2 times a year and 1 laser gun treatment.
