I was asked to order this by a friend a week ago.I was planning on delivering it to him at Church.Unfortunately I had forgotten, So I ordered it Saturday night with plans of telling him I would bring it next week. Very high quality. Took quite a while to get the salt. We are adding it into our diet for health purposes. The gold is meant for many added health purposes. The regular Baja salt is very good but the gold is what you want if you're trying to add many minerals to your diet. And by the way when I said that it took quite a while to get I mean it was probably about a week but when you're used to next day from Amazon you know everything seems long LOL

I watched Gary Brecka on how to BioHack (hack life/extend longevity) and this was one of the things he absolutely recommends to supplement to address standard mineral deficiencies in a human body. I have been taking this in the mornings on an empty stomach. There is a lot more than i expected since we don't need to use a lot per day. This bag will surely last me a long time and for the cost, it is pretty reasonable!

Wow! Now that’s salt. That is the best salt I have ever tasted. Total quality. My nephew put me on to this product and come to find out my son is already using it. So now my daughter and I are using it. It is so good on food and you only need a little bit. It is a good buy and has some magnesium in it. Winner!

Recommended brand for salt I’ve had before. They didn’t offer coarse grind which works in my salt grinder. Good product, customer service & delivery but need to spoon out the salt, shakers aren’t working

Absolutely love my Baja gold. I have a revers osmosis water filter so it helps to replenish the minerals in my body. I take a 1/4 tsp in my hydrogen water every morning first things. Also love it for cooking and flavoring. You need to try it if you haven’t yet.

Original purchase was for water retention. I have seen a noticeable difference in the amount of water I am losing. Then my mom used it for sever leg cramps and they dissipated quickly and she was not longer in pain.
