Q: how big is the pocket for the battery? my power bank is 16cm x 8cm. will that fit?

The pocket is about 14cm square in mine (6xl) with a zip to close it in.

Q: How long does it keep warm for please?

Our Heated Vest has good thermal performance. The Heating Vest has 3 temperatures corresponding to 3 colors, red for 10 hours, white for 8 hours, and blue for 4 hours. The Heated Body Warmer can provide the required heat to the core.
