As some of the other reviews suggest, it isn't the easiest to install on the key. Trickiest part for me was the opening where the valet key thing pokes out of this case. The slot wasn't cut perfectly, so I had to perform a little minor surgery.Also, note that with this key cover on, you cannot easily remove the valet key thing out of the body of the key, if that matters to you.Once on, it is very protective, and probably somewhat water resistant (I'm not sure I would claim it was truly waterproof). The back "door" where the little "cover" slips into the case is well-designed with a fairly substantial "lip", which is very nice.In use, it feels very well made in the hand, smooth, and very water- and dust-resistant. I bought the red color option, and it certainly stands out on a desk or table for easily visual location.
