Quickly became a favorite
Like any guitarist, I have a stupid array of pedals for no good reason, but this little guy quickly became my goto for distortion. Has a nice aggressive sound that produces grungy lows without sacrificing the screaming high end. And the price is right, I love this new age of affordable pedals. Sort of makes me feel like the big names in pedals, you know who they are, have been ripping me off for decades. Looking forward to my next EX purchase.

Great build, great sound, great value.
Having played guitar some twenty years, I’m naturally accustomed to “regulation” size stompboxes, such as those manufactured by Boss, Digitech, DOD, etc. Those retail at anywhere from $150-$250 CDN, on average. With advancing technology, it is easier to manufacture products smaller and cheaper without reducing quality, and being that I’ve seen pedals like this on the market at these insane price points around forty dollars, I’d been hesitant.Well, no more. I am greatly impressed. Despite economical size, these pedals function just as well as their more expensive brethren! They are just as hardy and constitutional, and will clear up way more space on your pedalboard for a wide selection of sounds. And to cap it off, they sound just as good as their larger counterparts. The one drawback - and it’s minor - is that you can’t fit a battery inside the casing, so you’ll have to make do with a short cable adapter to go this route, but using an adapter chain still makes it a breeze, and what venue doesn’t have an electrical outlet? You more than make up for it saving space.I’m truly impressed. A solid build with stellar output at an unbeatable price. I’ll be recommending these to all my musical confederates.

Killer Metal Pedal
I’m a new guitar player, I just started out a few months ago and got this pedal. It’s a good guitar pedal, it does everything it’s supposed to. The overdrive and distortion is great, a lot better the some of the other pedals I’ve tried out. I’ve had it for a few months now and there are no problems.

Blown away
Wow! I was not expecting this little guy to cook so hard! I play it through a Katana 50 MKII and this thing GROWLS! Ive had a lot of pedals and due to moving so much, lost them or sold them. This bad boy is a keeper, 100%. Highly recommend. Perfect low end distortion, and the high end is killer too if you want that brutal sonic assault death metal sound.
