Note: I purchased one of these locally. It did not function at all. It was labeled as made in Nov 2009. TheAmazon.com version was made in Sept. 2009. This is the version that works. It works really well, lots of exercises and stretching to choose from. Dancing game is fun and can be a very good workout. Dont underestimate it, alot of moves require speed and reflex and leg+calf strength.Having the fun graphics, instruction, and real input makes working out 10X as fun as a gym. The pressure mat works well. Running on a treadmill in gym feels a bit like being a hamster running nowhere. This product actually gives you visual and audio stimulation to keep you motivated.

This is an excellent gift for a family with young children 4-15+. Easy to use, just plug it up to a tv that is made for a gaming system and you are on your way to a healthy lifestyle full of fun. Children will enjoy the great graphics. Nice voice instruction and graphic instruction aid in the use and correct use of the gaming mat. It is fun and extremely easy. It has many fitness routines and games for kids that are designed to keep them physically fit. Step on the mat and go.

Got this at an EXTREME discount on amazon w free shipping (WOOHOO). Arrived in 3 days and we plugged it in and started playing. My husband and I love the dancing game. My kids (5 and 2) love the track and running games. Even the car game is nice if you're tall enough to reach all the controls on the mat. (My husband controls the brake and accelerator so my son can steer).The graphics are grainy (something my husband thinks he can fix by adjusting the tv), but we really don't care. The songs on the dancing game are unfamiliar and limited (either 4 or 5), but still doesn't take away the enjoyment and it is difficult to do.My husband likes the yoga. Really works you out. I really like that each exercise activity shows how many calories you're burning and its a LOT more fun than walking on a treadmill!Totally worth the limited dollars spent on this. Would buy it again if I had to. I took off a star because of the graphics and the fact that the mat moves around on our carpet (something I could probably fix with a little velcro.UPDATE:Just bought another to give to a friend. Can't wait for her to try it!

I bought this hoping that I would be able to use it with my Wii, however this is not the case. It has to be attached directly to your television and the games and sounds played seems extremely fast for someone (like me) who is now trying to use these tools. I have real problems keeping up with any of the sounds and the dance moves, and I lose my footing all the time. I do enjoy the walking and jogging. That makes the purchase somewhat worthwhile.

I am a 47 year old active woman who, in the past year, damaged my left knee and have not been able to jog my daily 5 miles. I desprately needed an alternative to my workout and this is PERFECT. I initially purchased this unit for the multiple excercise programs, but I find myself drawn to the dance game, walk game and the jog/race game, which are workouts within themselves. Ive never owned or played with a WII or any of the other top gaming systems so I can't compare the graphic; but I think the graphics on this system are crisp and clear. I was extremely skeptical at first and it took me a while to purchase, but now I am happy I did and wish I would have purchased the unit earlier. If you are looking for something to shake up your boring in-house work-out or something for young kids, this is it. It's truly fun for the whole family. NOTE TO WOMEN WITH COUCH POTATOES AT HOME: My boyfriend has danced and raced on the unit with me and before realizing it, he has worked out, spent time with me and had fun doing both.

I bought this for my grandaughter back in January of 2012 for her upcoming birthday in July. I forgot to bring it due to the other gifts i purchased, so i gave it to her for Christmas (found while looking for all gifts bought), and it doesn't work. Tried to get a refund or even an exchange...to late to do that. Their policy was i could send it back-I pay for shipping and only a partial refund-which after shipping wouldn't be worth it. So, it doesn't work. Very disapointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

received the item and only portions of it worked. the seller was great and sent a replacement one very quickly. unfortunately this one doesn't work much better...there are many sections to chose from if all of them actually worked. would not recommend this product

I was searching online, checking on what was being said about the Wii exercise programs and ran across a few comments about the Xtreme Fit system. All of the comments were good as to the ease of setting it up, getting it going, the exercise programs, personal trainer and the extras - games, etc. When I clicked on the Amazon link I was really surpirsed to see that it was on sale that day for $9.99 + Free shipping. I thought that was a "no-brainer" and ordered it right away.When everyone came home for Christmas we got it out and explored all of the features. In addition to giving my 20 year old granddaughter (who is in great shape) a good workout the little ones had a ball with the games, especially fishing and hitting mice. Of course the men had to try their hand at the fishing game too.I have started using it daily for a 20 minuted aerobic exercise program and will build up from there. Needless to say, we have already gotten $10 worth of use out of it!
