First, the sizing. I wear a size 8-9 men's shoe, depending on the style. But the measurements of my arch and ankle suggest that I needed a S/M, so that is what I ordered. They are very tight, but don't hurt or cut off circulation. They are tight to the point that I thought I need to return them.After a day of work my feet are on their last...leg...as soon as I take my boots off it's a gamble if I'll get a toe cramp and have to sit on the ground for the next 10 minutes, keeping my toes from bending the wrong direction. As soon as I got home I grabbed these from the mailbox and went inside. Did my normal routine and then put these on. Right away my feet didn't feel like they were going to cramp. I started walking around without shoes, which is 100% a one way ticket to a cramp for me, and felt great. My feet and legs were sore from work, but I didn't have the anxiety inducing feeling of a cramp coming on. To me, that is magic.I am debating on ordering the next size up, just to see if I still get the same results with an easier install. But for now, I am pleased. Because it's been less than a day of owning them I can't speak on the durability just yet, and I will update this review if an issue arises.

I love these and they really do help my foot. They’re nice and snug, made very well. The issue I have is they’re a bit loose at the top. I followed the sizing chart to the “T”. I’m wearing them brand new, the loose top isn’t from me yanking on them, to pull them on. I walked around wearing them all day and the loose part didn’t take away from the overall fit and support. I folded down the top about 1/2 inch and I’m happy. Not going to return them. They feel great, probably the best foot support I’ve had.

These fit great and really help with support for my foot injury. Having 2 is nice so I still have one to wear while I wash one.

While these do provide support for the arch, they are much too tight around the very bottom of my ankle where it meets the top of my foot. They cause me to have even more pain, so I cannot wear them. I am assuming that this is due to having a high instep, so they may be fine for those who do not have this issue.

Works great to keep my injured ankle from swelling while on my feet.

I ordered this sleeve for a ganglion cyst on my ankle. It works well with support and keeping pressure on the ankle. Highly recommend.

This sleeve is easy to get on and is comfortable. I wear 8.5-9 shoes and the L works fine. Doesn't cut off circulation and holds nicely.

They do compress. But I didn’t get any further relief from my archilles tendonitis

Wish these were a little longer to squeeze closer to my toes.They do work well and they do reduce pain. Like a nice tight hug around the feet.I put socks over them to help keep them cleaner. They would fit well with thin socks under them, but I don’t have sweaty feet, so this isn’t a concern for me. They are quite tight, so I wouldn’t want to wear them on top of my regular socks, but might be okay over some summer type socks.
