Super great BF gift!
He absolutely loves it! Give him a very clean and easy shave and on top of that has saved him loads of money at the barbers! 10/10 would recommend!

Works as expected
This does the job as expected but I was a little disappointed to find a number of obvious scuff marks inside and outside the stand when I opened the package. Whilst these are only cosmetic and could have been picked up normally in a few months of normal use, when I buy new I expect the condition to be perfect. The item was very well packed and I could see no way these marks could have been picked up in transit so it is fair to assume they occurred before leaving the factory. Otherwise, the stand is very well made with a study weighted base and rubber feet which keeps it secure when you leave the shavers motor running during cleaning. I would have awarded five stars but for the scuff marks.

Effective cleaning solution
This works exactly as I expected.If you're using a skullshaver simply open it, shake out the bulk of the hair and close it.Fill the stand with water, pop the shaver on the stand and turn it on and you see all the minute hairs just washing out of it.I tend to do this 2 to 3 times with clean water each time and it ends up being clean.
