Front legs are 16", back legs are 15.5" Seat height: 16 3/4"

Q: Would it be possible to add casters to legs?

No… I’m in the architecture and Hospitality design world I have these chairs in my conference area. They work very well and are good chairs but will not be suitable for adding wheels. My concern would be the stability of the legs when you try to move around
