double strength means twice as many packets as listed
These are fine saline packets. I have cleaned my nasal passages out every day for over a decade. I am always looking for a deal. This is a secret deal, it really is. The company is selling their packets for basically the same price as the other guys BUT each packet is double strength. You are getting double the amount of product.The only trick is to pour half of a packet into your water container instead of the whole packet. I know exactly what the correct amount of product in my container is. This is the only problem someone might have but the learning curve is really small.

Very convenient, double size packets
Very convenient, double size packets compared to other name brands. Packets are made of good material that stays open when torn so contents pour out easily. I had sinus surgery in 2020 and need to perform sinus rinses twice daily. I buy a gallon of distilled water and prep to whole gallon. I use 8 of these packets per gallon of water vs 16 packets of the smaller name brand. These are much more convenient.

Packaged nicely. If you are buying for the bag, it's only about 4 1/2" tall x 3" wide, and it only holds less than half. Packets feel very sturdy and have a lot of solution in each. Solution did well and have no issues with it. Great value for the money. I will buy again!!
