The product was packaged well and had simple instructions but it was easy to set up without detailed information. I connected the solar panel and pipework and seems to be working well. The pump comes on timer when required based on the settings, you can set to water once a day or 3 times a day for 1, 5 or 15 minutes. Seems to be doing the job well I have attached the drippers to around 10 plants and the water is reaching all of them. Good value for money

We needed something to keep our front pot plants watered when we went away, and also as we kept forgetting to water them! Saw this and thought we would give it a try. It was easy to install the main unit, fixed to a gate frame aimed at the sun. Cut water pipe to length, fixed ends in the pots and followed instruction with the non-return valve into a bucket, other side of the fence. The most complicated bit is working out what you want from the watering timer / buttons. This said it is straightforward and basically a test and see what is best for you. Set to 10 mins evening watering per day. Went away, came back plants have flourished!!!! Very pleased and will buy another for the back as so easy and if fed from a water butt endless water. As a note the water stops when too low, read by a high / low senser and stops watering.

It was easy to set up and simple to use, after a few weeks it’s working fine by itself with no intervention needed, charging itself and keeping plants watered whilst we were away on holiday. The only downside is that the programmes aren’t flexible enough. The most you can water is 10 minutes once a day or 15 minutes every three days - neither is really quite enough for greenhouse plants like tomatoes in hot weather as the flow delivered to each plant using all 15 nozzles is a bit sparse. I’d recommend you pay a bit more and go for the advanced version which is more customisable.

I bought this kit to keep my greenhouse watered while we were away on holiday and during extra hot periods during the summer.I was impressed by the kit. I fixed it up so that it was connected to a water butt with the tubing slipped through the vent and solar panel on the greenhouse shelf. It works a treat. You just need to adjust the timer control according to need.There was a set up video which was helpful. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 as the timer was not explained in the instructions and took a little figuring out.Overall a super little kit, simple to use and effective for the cost.

I bought this to provide trickle irrigation to plants on some shelves in my polytunnel. I put the pump in a bucket out of the way and the solar panel nearby. I cut 2 foot off initially to test the output. I was pleased with the amount of water pumped over time and swapped it for the full length of the hose. The pump works everyday and does a good job. Been working for over 2 months and not had a problem, not even a clogged pump filter. Definitely recommended for a small repetitive job.I haven't tested its effectiveness if you branch off the hose to water multiple locations. But for moving water from a bucket to a bottom watering tray, its a winner. Oh and my bucket is on the floor and my shelf is at least 4 feet higher.

Max setting is ten minutes, once a day, with a flow rate of 400ml a minute. This means the max watering is 4l a day across 10 to 15 plants which really is not enough.Disappointing that this is not properly disclosed in the sales pitch.

The product is excellent for irrigation in a greenhouse if away from home in the summer. It is easy to set up ( I have mounted the unit on a water butt fed from from the roof of the green house) and water 6-8 tomatoes and cucumber plants. WE were away for 3 weeks and the system maintained the plants successfully. The only criticism is that the timing are a little coarse 1, 5 and 10 mins once a day or 1, 5 or 16 mins every 3 days and it takes some practice to adjust so it neither floods or runs dry.

Works OK but the dripper design delivers limited amounts of water, not enough for use in a greenhouse when combined with the limited timing options. You can fit a different style of dripper (including adjustable) but many of these use a bigger spigot so getting the pipe on is a bit of struggle, and if you use separately bought pipe you may find that the pipe ID is larger so you need to adapt with plumbers PTFE tape to increase the spigot diameter on the supplied dripper.There are drippers available that have a longer section that fits in the pipe and these seem to deliver more waterSo the pump and solar panel works OK but maybe could do with more timing options (longer time) or drippers which deliver more water in the same time, especially in a greenhouse

This automatic plant waterer is very easy to install. Once the system was up and running it worked perfectly. I love it so much and only wish I had gotten it sooner. If you like to grow plants and vegetables then this is a must have!

Last year for the first time, I laid drip irrigation all around my garden.It took me about a week to get it all hooked up. Everyday all summer I had to adjust something . There was so much tubing everywhere. I hated it.I took it all apart in the fall to put it away for winter. Grrrrr 😡 That's lots of bulky tubing to try to store away lolThis spring I laid it differently .The Garden looks better.I'm growing veggies I've never grown before. There in fabric bags.I was looking on Amazon for more tubing, and saw this solar drip irrigation .So I thought I'd give this a try.It looked so much easier to work with.Instead of buying more ½" bulky tubing . LolIt arrived on time.It's nicely packed in a small box.Smaller than I thought it would be.I'm thinking 🤔,,There's no way that this will pump water to all the bags.WOW, I was so wrong.. lolThis little thing is very powerful and quite. There is the same drip drip drip that's dripping in the 1st bag all the way to the 15th fabric bag. So I had to gave it a real hard test.I ran 9 drippers up the fence to my hanging baskets .This little thing is Unbelievable,, Got the same constant drip drip drip all the way up the fence to each basket.I am so impressed with it.First thing I did was put the solar panel on a table in the sun. To get it charging while I was figuring out how to set everything up. Either it arrived charged or it only took just over an hour to charge. It worked..Once I figured out where all the bags were going to be , then cut all the tubing to size. Got all the drippers dripping in the fabric bags.All that took me an hourUnbelievable.. 😊So much easier to work with.I didn't have to go through all the pain in my hands trying to connect theT-connectors. Like I did with the other drip irrigation.Or put the ends of the tubing in boiling hot water and still struggleThese connectors actually slide on so easy and stay on with a Snug fit .I like this setup so much , I bought another one today...TIP..Everyone should be putting a MOSQUITO DUNK INTO THEIR WATER CONTAINERS.Mosquito Dunks Only Kills the Larvae from flying insects like,, Mosquito, Blackfly, Fruit Fly, and Gants Larvae .It's totally safe and non toxic for Soil, Worms, Humans , Pets and all Insects. Especially The Bee 🐝I break off about a ¼ of the Dunk, wrap it in a old sock, so little pieces won't clog the drippers . Toss it in the water . Just keep filling up the container with water for the month. Then replace the Dunk.If I was using a 55gal or bigger I would put the whole Dunk in .After 2 days take it out. Put it back in when filling it up again. They are reusable.As we all know, any water that sitting outside is a major breeding ground for Mosquitos.....And for ALL inside plants.I'm sure lots of you has had those nasty Gnats inside your house. They love breeding in the wet soil.The best and easiest way to prevent getting Gnats in your house again, is toFill a bucket up, toss a bit of Dunk in the bucket . Only water withMosquito Dunk Water water.You will be a much happier gardenerInside and outside your home.Cheers..

I loved everything about this but none of the timer setting/mode worked despite purchasing two to try out. Maybe I was just unlucky but extremely frustrating that the very main reason for purchase (automatic watering in a set interval) wouldn’t work. I would purchase this when that issue is resolved.

Es hat sich als äußerst praktisch erwiesen, insbesondere für meine zahlreichen Zimmerpflanzen.Die Vorteile liegen auf der Hand:Meine Pflanzen werden regelmäßig mit Wasser versorgt. Selbst während meines letzten Urlaubs waren alle Pflanzen bei meiner Rückkehr noch in perfektem Zustand.Das integrierte Solarmodul ist eine clevere Lösung. Selbst an bewölkten Tagen reicht die gespeicherte Energie aus, um die Pflanzen ausreichend zu bewässern.Der Aufbau war unkompliziert und konnte innerhalb kurzer Zeit erledigt werden. Die mitgelieferte Anleitung ist klar und verständlich.Jedoch gibt es auch ein Verbesserungspotenzial:Leider habe ich festgestellt, dass die Schläuche bei den T-Verbinder dazu neigen, abzurutschen. Das passiert dann, wenn der Schlauch nicht komplett gerade abgeschnitten wird. Hier wäre eine zusätzliche Sicherung wünschenswert, um ein ungewolltes Austreten von Wasser zu verhindern.Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Bewässerungssystem sehr zufrieden. Es erleichtert mir die Pflanzenpflege erheblich!. Abgesehen von der genannten kleinen Schwäche kann ich das Produkt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sirve para complementar el kit. Hubo una incidencia que el vendedor ha solventado rápidamente. Espero que salve el riego de las plantas de terraza durante las vacaciones, ya que de momento funciona muy bien.
