I love this ottoman but when I opened it it soiled on top with something that is ground in and doesn’t appear like it will come off I would rather have a replacement but I want a credit of some sort because this looks terrible and of course it’s right on top I’m not even sure what it is but it is not coming out no matter what I do it’s it’s ruined it
