Firstly, I love the colour of this, it's so stylish. The links were quite tricky to put together due to my arthritic hands but once connected they stay in place. I find it fairly straightforward to remove now that I have the knack. A couple of online tutorials later, I was up and running with this. The only time it makes a noise is if it's slightly unbalanced (or the operator is!). It came well packaged with a neoprene belt which can be worn to improve comfort and a little towel for mopping your brow. The weight is fine and the adjustable line makes it easier, or harder, to use.

It's good ,abit hard to put together the weight is good for a beginner, I found removing it was hard ,the apprentice is light pink looks a bit flimsy but once on its good ,sometimes it gets stuck when spinning. It's loud but not overly loud

Easy to use and takes up a little less room than a conventional hoop, good that it is weighted too.

I’ve just used this for 30 minutes like it tells you to do and here is everything wrong with it: it is so loud, it sounds like a lawnmower in my bedroom, the weight keeps getting stuck so it’s hard to keep a good rhythm going, I didn’t even use my stomach muscles most of the time, just me legs. If I tried to use it like a normal hula hoop it would just stop because there is so much friction you need to keep it going really fast or it will stop. I could have got the same result from transferring my weight from one foot to the other for 30 minutes.

The think I most like about it is that it is very easy to use and the quality of it is great it’s amazing at keeping you fit and healthy it is defo a worth it’s money and the functionality of it is amazing it glides the ball along it smoothly the noise level is great
