Ciao, thanks for your question! After you remove the black lid, you will see a plastic spout, which is an anti-fraud system used to avoid refilling. You don't need to remove it. It's possible the oil won't flow immediately after you open the bottle for the first time, it's just an air bubble. If this happens, all you need to do is turn the bottle upside down and gently slap the bottom, or shake the bottle a couple of times. The air bubble will pop and the oil will start flowing!

Q: How do you remove the top? I've pulled and pulled and it just won't budge.
