Did not work at all
Unfortunately it did not work for me. It did not heat up very well and did absolutely nothing to our clothes. I had to return it.

Doesn’t work
This product started out working but now doesn’t. I passed the return by one day. Not worth it. The purple dye on it comes off. Left a purple mark on my kitchen counter

Not a real steamer
This product arrived broken when I did reattach the head. It sprays water from one hole and does not produce any steam at all.
