They are small and lightweight but work really good. They are so cute too.

These barrettes are pretty tiny but work well for fine hair. I wouldn’t purchase if you have thick hair.

I ordered because of the description, size and the mechanism itself. What I received was a huge disappointment. First of all let me say something nice, the shell design is beautiful. The mechanism is absolutely awful, it’s one of those that you can’t open and if you put it in your hair you fight to take it off. So the length is cut short by quite a bit because of that mechanism. Absolutely will go back! Makes me so mad it’s a complete waste of my time and especially it being extremely over priced for a piece of junk. I wish I could take away stars.

Beautiful barrette but much too small for an adult unless it is just decorative but not useful for holding very much hair. Suitable for a child with fine hair. The brown barrette (3.5") in photo is another barrette I purchased from Amazon that works just fine. The gray marbled barrette (just under 2.5") in photo is the Camila Paris CP2989 French Hair Barrette Clip for "Women." I did not even try to put it in my hair because it was obvious it is much too small for my hair. The photo in Amazon listing appeared to much more substantial. If I realized how skinny it was, I would not have even ordered it. Unfortunately, it is going back. 😞

These are perfect for brushing bangs back and keeping them in place. This size and color are very hard to find. So happy I found them on Amazon.

They are cute little barrettes, with nice metal clasps. However the space between the barrette and the metal clasp is quite large and does not hold hair that is fine, it keeps slipping down. So I bent the metal part with my thumbs and made the gap smaller, making it hold better. I don't think I will buy any more of these.

Just OK for me. Have very thin hair, so don't stay in.

Pricey little things, but are the perfect size I was looking for. I am not expecting a hard or heavy hold, just a nice accessory for thin hair.
