This is excellent!!!!So effective in pain relief and the roll on makes it easy to apply compared to a regular ointment.I’m using it for my foot, my mom is using it for her knee pain and my aunt uses it for her shoulder.

Roll on foot relief
I don’t really feel any relief when using this product. I thought it would be cooling and almost like icy hot for my foot. I didn’t feel any cooling at all. If you’re looking for that cooling feeling I wouldn’t get this. I will keep using and see if it gets better with helping. It’s easy to use, I just wish it helped more.

Not for 12 hour standing shift pain
Didn't work at all for me. Won't buy again, won't recommend for anyone with plantar fasciitis. It doesn't touch any of the pain after or during a 12 hour shift. Didn't alleviate any of the other aches and pains either. I was hoping for some relief got none.
