Super concentrated! I definitely feel a difference when I take them vs. not. I think the antioxidants are legit. I wake up with more energy and libido for real.

I started taking this supplement in my late 20s to help with hair loss. At my annual checkup, my functional doctor asked if I’d experienced any sexual dysfunction—since DHT blockers can sometimes cause that. At the time, I hadn’t noticed anything and didn’t think much of it.A few weeks later, though, I realized my libido had dropped, and my overall interest had dwindled. I immediately stopped taking the supplement to see if it would make a difference and added in some Tongkat Ali. Within a few weeks, everything was back to normal.Unfortunately, I seem to be one of the guys who’s sensitive to this, and I had no idea it could have that kind of effect. That said, I guess it was working, considering the side effects. Just a heads-up to other men—if this is something that matters to you, be aware!

For years I have been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate. About a year ago the incidence of having to get up in the middle of the night to urinate began to increase from once or twice a night to once almost every 2 hours. My quality of life deteriorated drastically due to not getting a decent night's sleep. I was grumpy and irritable. The last Dr I saw recommended either Flomax or Jalyn. I later read about the side effects (especially of Jalyn) and decided to try supplements instead. I ordered saw palmetto, pygeum, and stinging nettle. I take one each in the a.m., then one each of pygeum & stinging nettle in the afternoon, and then one each of stinging nettle and saw palmetto a few hours before retiring. I have been on this regimen for nearly 3 months now and I am very, very satisfied with the results. Within a few days, my nightly trips to the bathroom were reduced from the previous 3-4 or more, to 1-2; after a few weeks, I now have to get up maybe once (and if I don't drink coffee or lots of other liquids after dinner, I may not have to get up at all!). And when I do urinate, the stream is strong and I seem to empty my bladder more fully and without strain. I have noticed no side effects at all with these supplements. I am uncertain exactly which combination of the three supplements is the most effective. Many think the saw palmetto is the stalwart one, made more effective by either (or both) of the others. The price is so reasonable, however, that I will continue to take all three of them. I strongly recommend you give them a try.

Seems to work as well as another more expensive brand I was using before.I'll definitely buy more.

Feels like it's working

Okay here's the story. I read about the benefits of saw palmetto regarding hair loss and its capacity to act as a DHT blocker. I have always liked NOW Foods because of their low-cost, veggie-friendly products and this product is no exception in that regard.Now, I have had what is often referred to as a "leaky faucet" for many years. I don't know if it's a medical condition or not, but the DAY AFTER I took my first dose of saw palmetto, that condition was gone. Nothing. No more wasting time standing over the john straining. It was great.Keep in mind, I'm 33 years old. For a more advanced gentleman suffering from leaky faucet, I can't say for sure whether it would be as effective as quickly.But let me tell you this: I visited a gastroenterologist to inquire about a colonoscopy and had the presence of mind to ask his opinion on saw palmetto. He started to say, "one of the biggest scams..." I thought he was going to say that the supplement industry perpetrates one of the biggest scams, or something, but what he said was, "one of the biggest scams is what's going on in the prostate medicine industry." He then went on to say that saw palmetto really does work and that it should be "prescribed" far more often than these pharmaceutical drugs with all of their side effects.So that is my longwinded way of saying that this is a product I'll be buying for many years to come.

Seems to slow down hair loss and cuts down on nightly trips to the bathroom. They are a win/win. Will purchase again!
