I'm a 36 year old late diagnoses autistic woman. I have a stack of these fidget rings on my desk at all times! I like to stack 5 at once and spin 'em like crazy. I am a skin picker and it does make a difference. I would suggest a variety in your toolkit - I just got worry stones and always have putty on my desk too. The value is outrageous for how much I play with them. I enjoy the squishy nubs and will occasionally chew on it cause dang it! It's squishy. Good quality!

I am an adult, and I bought these because I have a terrible habit of biting my nails/cuticles. I thought this might help me change my habits by giving me something else to do with my hands when I am on the computer or watching TV. Let me tell you - this has changed my life! I know it's advertised for children, but I assure you, the entertainment value and convenience is no joke for adults, too. I have one at my desk, by the couch, and in my home office. It's helped me curb bad habits born from anxiety or boredom. Highly recommend!

Bought these as a mini fidget gift for the middle school girls group at church. The 8th graders werent interested, but all of the other girls got excited and took one. Even the other leader took one 🤣. Oh, and the girls were trading the center rings to get the color match ups they wanted, so that was a nice little feature for them.I took one to my work and find myself fidgeting with it each day while on the phone or reading emails. I have only had it a week at this time.The rubber texter is nice, but it does gather dirt and grime. If anything it reminds me to wipe/clean the ring.

While these do spin, it isn't something you can spin and then it will keep going for a little while. These kind of instantly stop. I find it takes two hands use, and I would like to have my right hand free to work.

I’ve been looking and trying many fidget items to use for my anxiety and stop picking my cuticles due to my anxiety and ADD. So far, these have worked so good and I do notice that they have been helping. The colors are nice and bright and are so light. They can come apart if it’s used roughly but can be easily put back together with 3 plastic parts and the rubber ring. This makes it easy to change colors around and I’m sure cleaning it easier. Spins nicely and has not sticker so far. One did come broken when I received it but have plenty more of them. Only con I would say is that they do not come in any other color options.

I love these!! I got them for my 7 year old to use at school and his teacher was asking how she could get them. I (38) love using them when I’m feeling anxious! I keep two around so I always have one in hand.

Some of the rings didn’t spin. They got stuck and would not spin.

Bought for a student to use at school. Good price point and have been holding up okay since I bought them a couple weeks ago.
