Excellent value dumbbells, ideal for lightweight work outs, rehabilitation losing weight and gaining strength through workout routines.They are good to hold with good grip , the shape means they don't roll , no hassle changing weight plates , they are lightweight for certain exercises but high reps give a good quality workout, you still feel the burn with these with high reps and there's less chance if injury.They look good , the blue finish looks good, they are well made and durable dumbbells.They are easy to use , good for lateral raises, forward raises, bent over rows, tricep exercises, bicep curls and more.You can easily do a full body workout with these dumbbells, not the heaviest weights but using with high reps , they still give you a good feeling afterwards and keep you fit and healthy.

I just wanted something to give my arm muscles some exercise. They are exactly as described with a comfortable grip and do their job. Not expensive, sturdy were delivered on time.

I’m a regular gym rat, who works out 4 times each week, so I tend to use professional, heavy-duty dumbbells. So, when my wife tasked me with getting her a set of dumbbells, I spent ages checking out the ones available on Amazon - before choosing these Amazon Basics ones. I do like that these are neoprene coated which provides the user with a super grip. I also like the hexagonal shape, which means there’s no possibility of them rolling across the floor. I actually found a slight deviation in the weight of each dumbbell (55g) but that’s not enough to make much difference to your exercise regime - and besides, I always advocate swapping the dumbbells over after each set to compensate for those differences (so there’s a free tip for you).My wife and I are so impressed with this 2Kg pair of dumbbells that I’m going to order further sets of 3Kg, 4Kg and 5Kg. These are a decent quality and work well for me, but just wish they were green or blue, not all women like pink.

The texture is nice. Helps with grips. The quality is great . This is my first set so nothing to compare it with. But it hella looks awesome.

I'll never understand why dumbbells suddenly became so expensive. These weights are perfect and inexpensive. Accurate weight, comfortable material, and flat edges to prevent rolling.

The media could not be loaded. Reviewing after a month. One of my best purchase from Amazon. Slightly different from the weight mentioned on measurement, but not obvious during workout (one is 3.3 kg, other 3.6kg). Great grip while using. Best accessory for weight training and fitness.
