I couldn’t be happier with this black coffee table! The lift-top design is incredibly convenient, especially for eating dinner in the living room or working on my laptop. The lift-top mechanism operates smoothly and feels solid when in use. Love this table. Def lives up to what I was hoping and then some. It's the perfect size for our Apt. It's pretty heavy duty and is kinda heavy but as long as it's on a slippery surface, it'll slide easily. It's really easy to use altho at first you'll have to grease the hinges otherwise it'll stutter when you go to close it. Once those kinks are worked out, it's great.

Made surprisingly well for the cost. The list top is pretty stable, but it does kinda tilt a little when you're opening/closing it, especially if you don't grip it a certain way. Outside of that I love it. Pretty easy to put together. It keeps kind of a small profile, but still has a pretty good amount of storage space. Eating cereal in front of the TV has never felt better.

First the good. This is a very solid, heavy table. The pneumatic lifts are super strong. Color is identical to picture. Just the right size to fit in front of sofa.The bad: the instructions are not that great. They should have put arrows on some pieces to designate top to bottom. Very easy to put cubby side piece on upside down. By the time you realize it you have the bottom screwed in. The brackets for the legs fit kiddy corner. Not squared as directions show. Took us 30 minutes trying to figure out why they didn't line up with the drill holes.Over all I would recommend and I would by again. The price is amazing for the wuality.

I was so prepared for this to be hard to put together, but it wasn't bad at all. The written directions are poor, but the schematic was perfect. I used a cordless drill, in addition to dozens of screws, there was one hole that wasn't drilled out, so I had to add it.That said, this is gorgeous and fits perfectly in my living room! For $50 it's well worth the money.

The media could not be loaded. As someone who makes furniture for a living, I tried to get this coffee table as a quick budget item for a set and was disappointed.The wood is real and beautiful and concept is nice but unless you have a personal drill, do not buy! The nails don’t screw in fully nor fit, there is a huge amount of drill inaccuracy in regards to nails “H” which makes the assembly loose. While screwing it in, it is common for the wood to chip as the screws are not compatible.The main surface for the coffee table is also unaligned and measurements are off.Setup took about 2/3 hours and does not close all the way unfortunately.I would return but I’ve spent so much time with this, I’m just going to use the wood to build something else.

I LOVE THIS COFFEE TABLE!!! I bought the brown and the wood color is stunning! It's a beautiful deep color with much character in the grain. It's so much more beautiful than I thought it would be. It's the perfect size. The fact that it has a raised top is incredible as I can sit on my couch and work on my laptop or read and prop the book on the raised area. When it's raised it's very sturdy, doesn't wobble or anything and is smooth raising and lowering. The fact that it has the storage area under the raised area is fabulous, and it's a really good amount on storage. The two cubbies to put things in is also a bonus. As far as putting it together, It took a while as all these types of furniture do but it was no problem because for once the instructions were actually really good. The rounded feet are a plus, it really adds to the style of the piece. It's really made my loft area look so sweet! I can't say enough about this table. I highly recommend it if your looking for that perfect piece that adds some style to your room.

Time consuming to assemble, but otherwise a great coffee table. Very stable, sturdy, and exactly the size expected (I used a tape measure to estimate size from the product description before purchasing). The lifted section moves easily and smoothly to open up the storage section. I’m able to store 3 to 4 blankets inside the table and use one of the side compartments for remotes and Xbox controllers. Great functionality and helps my family room stay clean.
