Yes the isolate is lactose free, fat free and sugar free. But it’s definitely better with low fat milk

Yes unfortunately, Whey protein which is Milk based is gonna have a higher cholesterol content. But other Plant based protein is lower in Fat and Cholesterol. But I digest Whey better and I like the flavor and consistency more. Plus I’ve seen the best results since using this brand.

Taste different

I have no idea what’s happening but, the taste are not good and the smell are horrible as well, maybe animal changed something.This is the forth time I bought and I can say something are weird.
